Yes another item to mark off my Culinary BucketList! Couple of the gals of the travel club just reopened this place last week!
Scottsdale is one of my favorite places to visit! Downtown has some of the most amazing places to hang out and dine! And would be great to visit with my brother as well! Yup food porn!

Trendy sushi spots with a nightlife atmosphere are nothing new to the Valley, where RA Sushi and Sapporo are going strong.
Restaurateurs Tammy and James Carlin have taken the concept to another level, reinventing their Scottsdale restaurant, Pearl Sushi Lounge & Bomber Bar, into the Cultured Pearl Restaurant and Social Club. The just-opened spot combines a restaurant, sushi bar and lounge.
Pearl Sushi Lounge closed a little over a year ago. The Carlins renovated the space and took over the spot next door that had been Cream Stereo Lounge. The result is a 6,000-square-foot space. It will offer social-club memberships that include access to a loft, complimentary valet parking, special discounts and member-only promotions and events.
The main lounge centers around the Octagon, a performance space with two pianos that can be moved in and out. The loft is an intimate space with another piano.
The owners partnered with executive chef Vincent Contreras to create a menu using local and seasonal ingredients. Dishes include beef short ribs with barbecue hoisin glaze and pan-seared salmon with lobster potato puree. The sushi bar will have an extensive list of signature rolls and shared plates. Craft cocktails include Sriracha Lemon Drop and Shiso Avocado Margarita.
